A complete scam. Refuses to refund for cancelled flights even when the airline does.

Total scam. Go elsewhere. They have been IMPOSSIBLE to deal with trying to get my refund for a Covid cancelation.

Scam Scam Scam. Read my review. Clasic bait and switch. Additionally, they don't provide the correct room that you pay for. Do not do business with them. Unless you like paying for a superior room and getting a basic one.
