Answer:
If you went thru PayPal, go to them and enter the disputes area. Thats the only way to get $s back or return the dress. By the way, they are located in China and the cost of return shipment (USPS) is about $70-$80.
Their profit is junk and not worth 1/2 of what you pay. Gary

You can't they won't refund you. They are a poor quality company that just wants to trick you.

This company is real but it has very poor quality items and their customer service if poor as well. I do NOT advice ordering from here!
