Answer:
Impossible because there is no customer helpline on the their website. It's simply inconceivable that such a company is allowed to operate in the UK considering the awful way it treats paying customers.

It is 100% a scam because there is no contact number on their website or even a helpline for customer service. Read the one-star reviews Shift has received on Trust Pilot. Absolutely appalling service and I simply cannot understand how such a company is allowed to operate in the UK.
