Hi, You can check that the site ships to India with normal shipping (FREE for orders over US$30.00 otherwise US$6.99 and ships in 5-28 days) and express delivery (FREE for orders over US$99.00 otherwise US$24.90 and ships in 3-15 business days). Thanks.

You can check in their delivery destinations. If there in an option, then i don't see why you can't.
