Just checked my parcel bag and it shipped from Singapore! I don't think there's any truth at all to the California thing. They want you to think that since clothing from China gets such a bad rep online. But I have to say from all the clothes from Asia I've got in my lifetime this site has actually been the best quality, truest to picture and size

As far as I'm aware it does come from China. Returns go to China (don't even bother). I like this company but I never order more than two items to be safe and I assume it is final sale because returns are a hassle. Also it takes about a month for my orders to come.

Hi Connie. Just as Serena mentioned this is also the best experience I have had with ordering from China. With Shein other customers will leave honest feedback and pics next to the item you would like to buy. Shein encourages feedback, good or bad, with points that can be used for a percentage off your next purchase. I wear U.S. size medium or large depending on quality or brand and I like my sweaters loose. I ordered a one size fits all sweater from Shein based on reviews and it was very loose and comfortable, actually fit like an U.S. size XL. Reviewers will state if the item is true to size or smaller
