Im having same issue here. There shows a quote of 99 ahead of me on their homepage chat, and their voice mailbox is full when you try to call. I just got a reply from my chat window: We're sorry our dear customer. There's an ongoing upgrade on our system. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused you. Our technical team is already working on the restoration of the service. Please be assured that our technical team is already working on the restoration of the service and it should be fixed within 2-3 hours. Thank you for understanding.
