Sensée are a home working contact centre.
I have worked for them since may 2016 and they have been brilliant.
The issue with the above reviews is that it only takes into account people's negative experiences. The fact is, home working isn't for everyone.
The support is there from day one and it is made very clear the expectations of agents that join Sensée. Conditions of employment are there and if you don't meet them then you won't stay with the company.
Home working is a growing business and sensée have a strong network of 700+ employees!
