Answer:
I had the same experiences with them as many others. I could never get anyone on the phone to cancel and stop them from charging me. It's a good thing I used PayPal. They also tried to reach them and saw that no one responded and finally refunded my money. Trying to get on to the sight is also a joke. I was paying for it for two months and could never access the sight. Once I did none of the message were anything substantial. All bull shit. Never again.
