Easy to get a hold of them, but they're defensive, rude, and make things up to cover their behinds. Some woman said a bunch of things in an email to me that just weren't true, including I expected the movers to come at 3pm. No, I expected them at noon, and they showed up at 11am. Then, went on to say other silly things that made me ensure I got my money back! Not from the, but from my bank.

I'd say it's a scam, because I did a search of the business address; one was a virtual address & the other a house. They put a suite number on a house? Good way to keep from being nailed as a business, I suppose.
