why is it that half of your customers receive there purchases and get through to customer service easily and the other half are told after waiting several weeks for there purchases that there was a problem with supplies or the order has been cancelled the same rhetoric is used all the time on those that have paid for goods but receive nothing and, lets not forget that often you do not t even offer a refund or further help, do you not know that is illegal if you cant provide the goods.
I am sure your bosses aren't aware of the way that you are handling there business. something is seriously amiss here after all customer service is the first point of contact for Secret Sales the way I and others have been treated by you is not on. I know there are many that sing your praises as your service to them are so good then why isn't it an even playing field or does Secret Sales have two different call centres because obviously I am trying to contact the wrong one. So Secret Sales what is going on?
