I joined about a week ago and every other day it was freezing my account. Wouldn't let me get any messages or anything. Now my account is deleted? Why

I have tried emailing customer service and they just tell me for privacy reasons they are unable to provide me with anymore information? I did absolutely nothing wrong. Read over the terms several times. It's ridiculous and unprofessional.
Instead of just pushing situations like these to the side, they need to be fixed. I've seen several others have the same problem as me. Then their reviews get deleted because I guess y'all don't want the truth out.
I've been on a couple other sites and if they have a problem they contact me and I fix the problem they don't just delete peoples account because they want too.
