So I ordered a festival ticket 7 days before the event, all seemed fine this was an e- ticket. You have to wait for the seller to upload the ticket before you can download it. So it got to Tuesday and still no upload. I rang them (which cost me £8.63 for 9mins of calling time) to which they told me the ticket was no longer available and they are sorry and they are reallocation me a ticket... 4 hours later they told me they had found another ticket. So I was happy and thought hmmm maybe just a bad seller... so it's been another day now. Getting really close to the date and the new seller has not uploaded the ticket yet. Is there an email mail that they respond to because I can only find a really expensive tariff to call. Im not happy with lack of communication.
