I am trying to contact SatelliteDirect using my registered e-mail address and I only get an automated response. It used to be that a human would send a follow up e-mail in order to help me with my concerns. I had paid a one-time lifetime subscription. Some channels worked and many didn't. I haven't used it in a while and I want to download the app. Does this company still even exist now?
