I am trying to contact SatelliteDirect using my registered e-mail address and I only get an automated response. It used to be that a human would send a follow up e-mail in order to help me with my concerns. I had paid a one-time lifetime subscription. Some channels worked and many didn't. I haven't used it in a while and I want to download the app. Does this company still even exist now?

Can I express/complain about escalating costs by TATA SKY? They seem to be escalating the costs almost every month for some reason or the other. LAtest being that they have escalated the cost of HD service.
