They are legit, but a terrible company. Badly run and borderline criminal in their dealings, especially around refunds.

Avoid at all costs. They are terrible and you will not enjoy the trip.
There are many cycling companies out there. Pick on the owner will treat you with respect and be transparent in pricing, policies, routes, etc...
