Yeah they don't give a sh*t about talking to you or being accountable for the orders you place.

Is it safe to buy hk stuff at sanrio.com with your debit card?

Answer:

It's not safe to buy anything from this company. They will delay shipping and then condescend/brush you off when you ask for clarity. Also, they'll deny you the right to return due to the fact that "a shipping label has been created" even if the item hasn't shipped. Stay away.
