Hello, can you please tell me if there is an ongoing issue with saltwaterfish.com? i've been like several others trying to get in touch with someone concerning my order and i can't reach anyone? if there is a problem just let me know so i i'm not running around trying to figure out why no one will contact me. thank you,

Answer:

Them seem to have a phone, nobody trained to answer (monkies are keep). I ordered 01/05/18 and still don't have 01/16/18 (that overnight) received email twice claiming order will ship but as stated no fish - this causes me to see red flags. I have requested cancel order and refund - we shall see what happens.
