I don't want Norton Safe Web. I already heve Norton Internet Security. How do I remove the rad flag? Why does Norton bother me with new products?

When I sign into my computer, Safe Web asks for my keychain password for this site. I have no idea what it is and I cannot get rid of the window.
Why this product, Norton 360 with Life Lock, is so complicated, controversial and difficult to use? Used Norton products before with no problems.

I am removing Norton Safe Web because we did everything required to comply with your needs to remove the Dangerous Site review. To no avail.
