The only way I found to stop them was to cancel my credit card. No-one EVER answers from their so called help. It costs an absolute fortune to spend time on this website and most of the time its a complete waste of money.

Cancel your card immediately then they can no longer take your money and contact your credit card company to explain whats been going on and they will/refund your money do it A. S.A. P
