You can't get hold of the customer services at Royal Mail, it's as if they couldn't be bothered. There not a very reliable service they don't turn up when they are booked to deliver a parcel (redeliver) which is not good. I have found other companies with a much better service and a better attitude towards customers. Royal Mail is not a good company.

They give you the runaround as they are useless. Hermes and amazon have truly shown how useless Royal mail are

They Will tell you they will escalate your complaint to a team called The Customer escalation team who will call you back within 4 hours, they will not ever call back and this is their script to get rid of you hoping you will eventually either die trying through age or just give up

Impossible by phone and trying to get information on the Royal Mail website is equally difficult.
