This is a follow on from my last review about Royal Mail. I booked a redelivery twice and had to wait at home on several occasions, with no result. Well I phone them up and had to wait an hour for them to answer which cost a lot to listen to the same music then when they answered the phone was disconnected, so I sent a email to them, explaining everything that had happened. They sent me an automatic email, saying I'd have to wait ten days for a reply due to the virus any excuse. Other companies manage to get stuff to people and answer emails in just a few days. I phoned them back up and had to wait a further hour and twenty minutes for them to answer the phone, very expensive. There having a laugh. I explained everything to them, what had happened. The woman in customer services said she'd put a complaint in and this wouldn't happen again as Royal Mail don't like complains. She said your mail will be delivered on Saturday this week and I'd have to wait in again. So by then it will be nearly two weeks since they came to the door and posted the some thing for you card. That's not good, so I'm going to see if I get my packages on Saturday. Please don't use this service


I was out on the first of December, a some thing for you card was left in my letter box. I rearranged for my parcels to be delivered on Thursday 3rd of December through the telephone number on the something for you card, I waited all day, nothing was delivered. It wasn't delivered on the Friday either. I rearranged it for Monday the 7th December, I waited in all day yet again, had to take time off for this. Nothing was delivered, this is not good. I realise it's Christmas time and things are busy at this time of year, and we are in a pandemic. I think the service has been very poor and needs some attention to see where things could be put right so these negative reviews won't happen. I hope I get my stuff, I can't afford to take more time off, I think I waited a long time for nothing. It's pretty disgusting service I'm a unhappy customer just be wary of this service.
