Thay answer the phone and have a computerized estimating system they sent me 4 options to choose from. It was very easy to order. They take cash, check or credit cards. Others I talked to wanted cash only or no checks. Or did not take American express.

I found there is only 4 real business that clean ducts. I would not use someone who 1. Does not answer the phone, 2. Has a PO box or no address, 3. Uses a cell phone for their # 4. Works out of their garage. Garage contractors have no warranty, no business license. No insurance.

They are a real company the BBB says A+ started in 1980 so I think after 39 years this is a safe company to use. I checked google they have a real building with the name on it and a lit signpost in the parking lot. Google has them as in the 98% highest rating.
