Nice people, I called for air duct cleaning because they did my attic insulation and they cleaned my sister's carpet and ducts. The price was better than most. Flat rate $ No up-sell. They power-brush the ducts. I had a big high power gas-powered vacuum in my back yard. Ran in my basement the biggest hose I've ever seen. The tech worked so hard cleaned up after himself. Going room to room. Vent to vent. Then the basement. My house smells so good and has stayed clean. I will have them come back next time.

Go to the website before you call look at the 5 packages. If you know the one you want. It is fast to order. www.royalairductcleaning.com the phone# is *******444 They are only in the Chicago Land market. at. 155 W. Irving Park Road, Roselle, IL. 60172. When calling around beware of lower prices because it sounds like others have prices that are not fixed or inclusof of all that is needed. I called 3 others got the runaround. Royal was flat rate. We were very happy with the job.

Answer:

Thay answer the phone and have a computerized estimating system they sent me 4 options to choose from. It was very easy to order. They take cash, check or credit cards. Others I talked to wanted cash only or no checks. Or did not take American express.

Answer:

I found there is only 4 real business that clean ducts. I would not use someone who 1. Does not answer the phone, 2. Has a PO box or no address, 3. Uses a cell phone for their # 4. Works out of their garage. Garage contractors have no warranty, no business license. No insurance.

Answer:

They are a real company the BBB says A+ started in 1980 so I think after 39 years this is a safe company to use. I checked google they have a real building with the name on it and a lit signpost in the parking lot. Google has them as in the 98% highest rating.
