They literally describe their look as "Neo-Victorian" and it's kind of a dark twist on Alice in Wonderland.
I can't find that information anywhere but they have headquarters in the US, UK and Russia.
I don't think Rouge Bunny Rouge is actually available in very many stores. I checked their store finder and I could only find one shop in the US that carries their products. They do seem to have a distribution center in the US which means shipping won't be international.
