I'm honestly terrified of ordering from romwe. because, naturally, i read reviews first. some are amazing, but the bad ones.. they're pretty bad. i'm very concerned about the sizing. i'm a medium, and i'm ordering a hoodie. i like them to be a little loose, so instead of a large should i get an extra large? My friend and i where very excited to find a website with amazing prices for back to school, a couple days later she checked her shipping tracking and it said it had shipped, mine didn't say this but i figured i would change in a couple days or so. a week after my conclusion, it still says processing while hers should arrive in 2 days. i'm infuriated by this because i paid good money for my clothes and still don't have any of romwe clothes in my possession. please help if you know a costumer service number. In about two months. And it probably won't fit right.

Answer:

Total crap. I tried to return mine and they said I'd had them too long (I'd only just received them. But the shipping had taken so long) then when I complained they gave me a fake return address, then another address that would have cost $100 to send to. I cut my losses and binned the whole lot.

Absolutely everything is on sale! i have in my basket £612.83 worth of clothes. will it give me the first time buyers discount of 60% to make it £245.13 even though everything is on sale? i have heard people getting angry because they couldn't do it as everything on the website is on sale anyway. if that is the case, i will be very disappointed as i have spent ages finding the clothes i need. Answer:

Please don't spend your money on this god awful clothing. The pictures are totally fake and the clothing is impossible to return (I was given a fake address in Germany that would've cost $100) I didn't want to waste money so just binned the lot. If you don't believe me just spend $20 first and see for yourself.

Well i see so many complaints on here? and i filled my cart up first for 312.78$ then i looked at the review... i don't know if i should actually risk that if i'm not going to get what i wanted? i ordered real basic stuff like jeans shorts, t-shirts - and 2 piece sets... should i?

Answer:

I'd say the quality was terrible. I bought basic stuff and it was ugly, nothing like the pictures and smelt toxic. It was unwearable.

Answer:

I paid express and it took 8 weeks. The clothes are terrible and I couldn't get a refund - do not order!

They smell toxic, are ill fitting, seams come undone, look nothing like the pictures. Avoid.

My order took 8 weeks to arrive and I was disgusted when it did. Toxic slime us pretty accurate.
