How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Rockville Audio?

Not easy at all, still no reply! But they got my money very easy.

They will not answer their phone. You only get a recording to contact them by email. They do not respond to emails. Therefore, you can NOT get a hold of their customer service.

I have been in contact with them multiple times. It does absolutely no good. Whether it be chat or email or even when you get them on the phone it is nothing but lies and run around. These people are the most incompetent, inept, unreliable, wastes of space and oxygen. These people have absolutely no business being in business. They would all be better suited getting jobs sucking farts out of theater seats. I am currently still involved in my ordeal with these people but I am no longer making any contact with them. My lawyer is in the Caribbean until after Father's day but when she gets back I'm going to sit down with her and discuss everything that is transpired. We're going to look into any possible legal actions we can take against these people.
