Microsoft: fat cats, impractical in many cases. Zunes sold without adequate manuals included. Then you find that they can't be found at all (easily at least) without trying some shady website that tries to install crap you shouldn't have. Oh, but there's Retrevo! They supply manuals free, how great! Well, you click for a download on a zune manual at wait - and wait - -and wait. Why can't they just let you know they are not available? Darn geeks. The same thing will happen to our bank accounts and other info someday. Geeks are irresponsible to anyone. How much of our time is wasted while they do things half-assed and walk away from it and leave it to users to figure it out? Note the chat rooms.
