How do you contact them. My card was debited 4 times by them yesterday for one item... and have caused me to go insufficient on two checks.

Call your Credit Card Company and dispute the charges. Also dispute the initial $35 charge as this a fradulent company. They also charged me for something I didn't order. I called my card company and they have removed all charges from this company.
