Hi, i have unauthorized transaction on my mastercard. How can i trace as i am un aware of this activity?
i just signed up, but i'm now seeing alot of negative feedback from people. Being charged before the free trial time? saying this is a real scam???

Je voudrais savoir pourquoi mon compte bancaire est débité de 24.95 le 30/05/2016 et le 4/07/2016 alors que je n'ai absolument rien commandé chez vous... Je vous écris ce mail à l'amiable avant d'aller porter plainte, car je suis handicapée et j'ai de petits revenus, donc une telle somme débitée pour rien... vous vous imaginez bien que je ne peux le permettre.
