Je voudrais savoir pourquoi mon compte bancaire est débité de 24.95 le 30/05/2016 et le 4/07/2016 alors que je n'ai absolument rien commandé chez vous... Je vous écris ce mail à l'amiable avant d'aller porter plainte, car je suis handicapée et j'ai de petits revenus, donc une telle somme débitée pour rien... vous vous imaginez bien que je ne peux le permettre.
