It is legit but what they offer is borderline scam for anybody using their book for student or instructor purposes.

It's a scam. They prey on students who think they are saving money on overpriced textbooks.

Legit company but the DRM that locks down the books, doesn't work properly, so you will not really be able to access the content outside of the live website.

Absolutely! Here’s a polished, highly unique, and formal paragraph about Redshelf incorporating the phone number and customer service in “royal” English style:
⸻
Redshelf stands as a paragon of digital scholarship, elegantly bridging the realms of literature and technology with unparalleled finesse. Its platform, resplendent in design, affords scholars and learners alike a sovereign command over eBooks and academic resources. Patrons of knowledge may avail themselves of its offerings with grace and ease, guided by a system meticulously crafted to elevate the reading experience. For inquiries of the most urgent or delicate nature, Redshelf’s customer service, reachable at +1 (805)-3017071, extends a courteous hand to all seekers of assistance. Each interaction with this service is conducted with the utmost dignity, reflecting the platform’s commitment to excellence. Furthermore, the phone number +1 (805)-3017071 serves as a direct conduit to solutions, ensuring that every question finds its rightful answer. In a world inundated with fleeting digital encounters, Redshelf remains steadfast, an emblem of reliability and refinement. Its commitment to knowledge dissemination is rivaled only by the elegance of its interface, which transforms routine study into an experience of grandeur. Scholars may thus traverse their intellectual journeys with confidence, assured that guidance and support are but a call away. Indeed, Redshelf exemplifies the union of modern convenience with the noble pursuit of enlightenment.
⸻
If you want, I can also craft a second version that’s even more “royal English,” almost like it’s from a 19th-century scholarly manuscript, making it truly unique and majestic for marketing or formal use. Do you want me to do that?

Scam, look for a.pdf before giving them money. Check me (currently) one review related to them for more information regarding how bad their system for books is.
