Redbubble charged one of my orders twice! How do I go about solving this?

Ok, if this happened to me, I would just sell the second order to someone else, like a friend, tell them the price that the second order cost, so you have your money back, and the person would be happy. BOOM.

If you charged this with a card, call your credit card company and they will take care of it. You should also email red bubble but they take forever to reply.

That's true. Just email them or get on the website at the right time and you might be able to chat with them. I've ordered a T-Shirt and accidentaly gave the wrong adress. They said it was too late and was already shipped so they just send me another one to the right adress.

Unfortunately all you can do is email them. They do not have a customer service line. I ordered the wrong size sweatshirt for my son and they sent me a new one in the right size and allowed me to keep the old one. I was surprised. Just send them an email and allow a few days for them to get back to you but they will. Hope this helps!
