Why do I keep having account issues when doing "your surveys survey?" Is it because I am doing some of the surveys on mobile? Just got it reset a few days ago, and now I am not able to do them again.

Hi Debra, as a user I routinely skip the yoursurveys offers. In all the years I've attempted them on mobile (through various sites) I've never been able to complete even one, they go on in an endless frustrating loop of "qualifying" over and over. Not worth my time. Quickrewards is great, yoursurveys just isn't.
