How much does it cost to place a bid?
If it cost $XXX per bid and it takes 12 bids (by me) to get the product, is that bidding cost (here 12x $XXX) applied to the purchase price? If so, what if I use 10x bids and DO NOT get the item, but then use 6x bids and get a second similar item... are any of those bid costs applied to the purchase price?
