No fee for joining. But when u sign up they do force you to buy 60.00 dollars worth of bids that u can use to play, bid on items. U cant play with dollars u have to buy bids.

Not necessarily. Go thru the sign-up process to where you get to the page where they "demand" $60 from you. Then, just close your browser, re-open it & sign in. You should be able to browse the site & the auctions.
I did it after dropping the $60, closing my account and going in using different IDs.
