I ordered 3 purses. The best way to reach them is live chat through their website, email responses take a week. They sent the purses, promised before Christmas and they came 12/20. The process took about 2 weeks.
My first 3 orders were paid by Echeck with a great Discount now I placed an order & they tell me they only accept Western Union. I called Western Union & they told me this Company is fraudulent & not to do business with them as they have received many compliments from Customers. I'm done with this fake A$$ Company. They also sent me a wrong item 4/3/17 as of 5/18/17 have done nothing to correct it. I'm left with an item I never ordered and I paid them for this piece of crap. This is not how you treat your Customers. PLUS their Customer Service people are very rude. Oh and they also told me to send my Money through Western Union to YULAN TAN. Who the F is he? I would have no recourse in getting my money back even if I sent $500.00 to someone I don't even know. TALK ABOUT A SCAM
Hi Jaelson, We have been in the business for over 11 years now. I would say that stands as a pretty strong testimony that we are not a scam. Negative reviews can be found everywhere but I would say no company is perfect and we are continuously striving to improve.
