Should I trust the "Ask a Therapist" feature? When I asked them, they gave me an answer that really worried me. Should I trust their therapists?

Well, it's free advice. So I would take that into consideration about whether you should take it or leave it. For some people, I'm sure it helps. For others, maybe not so much.

I wouldn't. That site is very dangerous as many others have written in their reviews.

You don't know if the "Therapist" is really a Therapist. You don't know how many predators there are on that site... I was there for years, and I watched it; many suicides-- resultant of bullying, and bad advise... directly from that site!

The internet is NOT REAL life. The people on it--some are real. Others are Not. If you read the reviews here-- you will read mostly about the Imposters on that site-- it's a breeding ground for such...

Many dangerous people on that site. Please be careful. If you need help, visit a real therapist-- even then, make sure they are a good match for you-- I hope you find your answers, and I fervently hope the person helping you is compassionate, and truly looking out for your best interests. Take care of you; I send you my best wishes.
