I got hold of customer service quite quickly over email but they were incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. They don't reply to tweets when people want help on Twitter.

ProductionBase is a scam in my opinion. I don't believe job adverts should ever be behind a paywall, especially for the film and TV industry where socio-economic diversity is already lacking. Ethically bankrupt company who hide behind their terms and conditions while charging people for a poor product they don't want.
