How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PrideBites?
Yes I am trying to fix a problem I purchased a dog collar that I saw on shark Tank that does not make any rattling noise I did receive the caller without my dogs name on it or phone number just a plain color I try to reach them could not login or login does not work I email them I never received an email back just a generic one . How can this problem be solved I still want my dogs collar with her name and phone number on it but she makes too much noise with the stupid collar on that's why I purchased this one
