I have been submitting the application to advertise with pricewatch.com for 5 times, but never get contacted and reply. Are they still accepting the application to advertise?

Answer:
They have been like this for 20 years. Keep in mind they charge by per click. And your items will get a lot of clicks, but not by any customers, just auto clicking bots. = $0.00 for you income, but $1,000 or more per month, = negative return on investment.
