I just received my order today, the product is not Pandora as advertised. This company is a scam. I was caught up in the moment and got caught. I didn't read the reviews until I received the confirmation that my order was shipped. I will call the credit card company, but don't expect much, it was my fault, didn't check first. I paid just over $100 cdn, the value for customs on the package was $10 US.

I did not try to return the items. I called my credit card company and they are working with the RCMP to determine if this company is in fact fraudulent which we both know they are. I had to email a contact at the RCMP and give him info to investigate, I should hear back by Friday (they are very behind due to the holidays). Once I hear back my credit card company is going to reverse the charges. RBC told me not to even try to contact the seller again. I spoke to the bank before even receiving the items in the mail since I read the reviews after ordering (stupid I know I should have read them first). I saw an amazing deal on Black Friday and just went for it. I posted my review hoping others will be smarter than I was.
