SCAM company, they certainly will take your order and payment but god help you if you need a return, or refund. Forget it. Go elsewhere for people who care about the client

I decided to save 30 bucks and not order from Amazon for the exact same model pressure washer. What a mistake that was. I received a used, leaking, numerous broken parts for the pressure washer from "Pressure Washers Direct". The company absolutely refused a refund or exchange. Finally, after PayPal contacted them numerous times, I returned the item, I still had to pay $75 shipping return, on a $180 pressure washer. What a complete rip off. Stanley, the manufacturer was more than happy to give me any parts I needed, but I did not want to become a repair technician. I ordered a brand new pressure washer, which I did not receive. What a complete rip off. End.
