Make sure that you forwarded your port to your computer's internal IP address, most likely in the 192.168. X. x range. Then make sure that the Windows Firewall is shut down, and if your router has a firewall feature disable that. Then test the port with the port tester. If it doesn't test as open then there are a few possibilities.

- It could be that you have 2 routers and do not realize it. This is very common. If you have a "DSL Modem" and a separate router then this is the problem.
- It's possible that your ISP is not allowing incoming connection requests. Call them and ask. You will need to talk to some sort of "advanced technical support".
- It's possible that you are on a cellular or satellite network in which case incoming connections will never happen. Again, call your ISP and ask about this.
