Well today is Christmas and both of our support guys have the day off. They will both be back at it tomorrow AM PST so you should get a message from them then. In general we aim for a less than 24 hour turn around time, but sometimes it gets busy, especially after the holidays. They will definitely get to you as soon as they can, and 99% of the time they will be able to solve your network connection problems, so please be patient.
