Are the ports for the Ring video doorbell covered by your product?

Yes, this shouldn't be a problem. That application is not listed as a default app yet, but I will have Allen add it ASAP. In the meantime, simply create a "Custom Application" with the following settings:
TCP 80
TCP 443
TCP & UDP 15063
UDP range between 16500-32768
UDP 51504/51506
Something to note, however, is that they are requiring a HUGE number of ports to be opened, and I don't believe that they are correct. It looks to me like that list is both INCOMING and OUTGOING ports. You do not have to forward OUTGOING ports.
With that said, I would start with the following:
TCP 80
TCP 443
TCP & UDP 15063
That seems reasonable and fits with what most other video products need. Most likely:
80 == web view
443 == secure web view
15063 == video stream
TCP 80
TCP 443
TCP & UDP 15063
