If a customer's contract is finished, and the customer changed supplier at the end of the contract, would there be a charge to the customer on any of the contracts offered today? I understand that if customers leave within the time period of the contract the charge is the same monthly charge as the contract until the contract period has ended.

If you want to leave early they will make you pay the full amount until the end of the contracted period.
There is no 14 day cooling off period, I was told that only applies to physical items not services.
Just avoid pop telecom, go to someone else even if it costs slightly more.

Based on comments here and elsewhere, the answer is yes. I don't believe you will find that information out just by asking them, though.
