I ordered 2 boxes of cards same day, jus checked mail and only 1 is in there and it charged me for both. Any chance they get delivered separately?

how do you write a review for products on the site? the plushie i ordered arrived today and i don't know what exactly to do to write a great review.
I placed an order on December 10. My order says shipped but tracking number shows it has not shipped. FedEx said they have not received it.
