They don't respond I am in the same problem. I want to submit a poem but it shuffles wrong, use another name, another email, another $#*!. To the same person to log in. It notifies it sent password to my g mail, but the msg not at all had received. Website is nice but it is a mental torture Because of this absurdity and ignorance I am unable to submit my poems.
