Hi there, Guy. Your buyer needs to confirm receiving the account. Once he does, you will be paid in 3+ business days. If he does not confirm, he is given 72 hours as a grace period; if no confirmation comes from him after that, the order will close automatically and you will be paid in 3+ business days. Could you write another question and include the order ID? I can check on it for you and give you a status update on it.
