After i completed transaction correctly with my master card it says Payment failed and my money is still not refunded to my bank account. What can ido

Hello, Radivoje. Payments for failed transactions are automatically refunded back. Just in case, please also contact our support team via support@playerauctions.zendesk.com using your PlayerAuctions registered email address and mention the order ID for it.
